Fermentation is healing. Fermentation is flavor.

Let’s dive into the deep end of making and eating fermented foods. We’ll get a jump on the fall harvest season by developing your fermentation skills in this weekend workshop intensive.

You will join me in my kitchen where you will learn how to make yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha. We'll taste healing ferments over Saturday lunch, Sunday brunch and you’ll take home recipes and fermented foods for your fridge.
