Love this reminder of how long I've been creating tasty ferments. In 2013, the Cooking Channel joined me in my small Brooklyn kitchen and dubbed me the 'kombucha doula'. The more things change, the more they stay the same. You can read the piece over at the Cooking Channel website.

Come learn to ferment with me this fall at Ferment Frenzy! This two day hands on intensive is filled with tasting, shredding and learning about the how and why of fermentation. This weekend intensive will give you the skills to transform your plates and your health.
You will join me in my kitchen where you will learn how to make yogurt, sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha. We'll taste healing ferments over Saturday lunch, Sunday brunch and you’ll take home recipes and fermented foods for your fridge.
